The following steps will take you through this issue-

Step 1- Empty the cache or cookies of your internet browser.

  • If you use Microsoft Edge as your internet browser, then follow these steps-
  • Go to “Favourites” menu
  • Select “History”
  • Click on “Clear History”
  • Choose the data you want to remove from your browser
  • Click on “Clear”
  • If you use Safari internet browser, then follow these steps-
  • Go to the “Pull Down” menu of your browser
  • Click on “Clear History” option
  • Click on “Reset” button
  • If you use Mozilla Firefox internet browser, then follow these steps-
  • Go to “Menu” option
  • Go to “Options” menu
  • Click on “Private & Security” option
  • Go to “Cookies & Site Data” menu
  • Unselect the Cookies & Site Data option
  • Click on the cross mark of the about: preferences page
  • If you use the Google Chrome internet browser, then follow these steps-
  • Look at the top-right of your Chrome browser
  • Go to the “More” option given there
  • Then, click on the “More Tools” option
  • Then select “Clear Browsing Data”
  • Now, look at the top
  • From there, choose the time range whose data you want to delete
  • To delete every cookie, click on “All Time”
  • Click “Clear Data”

Step 2- Update the browser you are using

Step 3- Reboot the computer

Step 4- “Turn-On” the Java Script

Step 5- Turn off “Browser Updates”

Step 6- Disable your Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware software

Step 7- Turn your browser to “Default Settings”
